Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my Shipping &  Delivery Options?

We will  deliver our products to your doorstep through the courier partners . We don’t offer In-store pickup currently.

In some of the exceptional cases where the courier companies doesn’t deliver the product to your doorstep, we will provide you the nearest hub from where you can collect your shipment. This case will be only under exception and won’t be more than 1% and will be applicable only for the place which is declared as “Non Deliverable Area” by the courier company.

Though our registered office is available at B8, 3rd Floor, Sector 2, Noida. PIN 201301, all the shipments will be delivered through our warehouses located at different places other than our registered office.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

We ship the order only after confirmation of the order. Queensveda order confirmation team contacts you on your mobile no and only after you pickup the call and confirm the order, your orders will be packed. We try multiple times for order verification. once the order is verified, we pack the order and ship it (handover the shipment to the courier company) within 24 hours of the order confirmation.

Our shipments are normally delivered to you through our courier partners with in 2 to 7 working days depending upon the place.

Our order processing team works 7 days a week including Sunday and public holidays however few of our courier partner doesn’t work on Sunday and public holidays. Therefore; for few shipments which are shipped through the courier which doesn’t work on Sunday, your orders will be picked up not on Sunday but on the next working day.
