If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 1 days from the date on which You placed the orders on our website.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will have to incur certain fees for such reimbursement which details are mentioned as follows.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- The Goods were purchased in the last 40 days

- The Goods are in the original packaging if you want to return it back without doing trial.
The following Goods cannot be returned:

- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following Warehouse:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
Refund Policy for Order Cancellation before your receive the product
Order Cancellation before dispatch:
We ship the order and AWB is assigned to the shipment within 24 hours from the time of order is received. If you cancel the order at this time, you will be eligible for entire refund.
Order Cancellation after goods are dispatch through courier partner:
If you cancel your order after the AWB is assigned for the shipment, then in that case if you cancel the shipment, you will receive the amount only after deducting the courier charges for to and fro. Courier companies charge us for returning the shipment. Therefore; 2 times of the courier cost will be deducted. This normally happens when you cancel the order after 24 hours of order placement date.

Queensveda product comes with money back guarantee with certain terms and conditions associated with the same to avoid the misuse of the refund policy by unethical customers with malafide intentions.
Why Refund: We at Queensveda believe that we need only good and happy money from a happy customer. Our products are prepared from natural herbal ingredients. As every individual’s body is different and response to these herbs may differ on person’s body conditions, So, there are 5-10% chances of slow response or negligible response on few customers. In that case, we believe that we don’t deserve the money which customer had paid to us. That’s why we refund back the amount to customer. We solely depend upon the customer’s ethics and value in this regard. If customer says he is not satisfied, we refund by trusting the customer’s version of story.
Who will be eligible for the refund: All customers meeting the below criteria are eligible for refund.
Eligibility condition for the refund
1. Time or Order Age: All refund claim should be made within 40 days from the date of purchase or within 30 days of receipt of the product.
2. Request for the refund: All refund request should come to us through our support only and not through the social media comments. For refund or any issues related to the same, customer is strictly advised to contact +91-88244 79722 through WhatsApp or call.
Under below cases, no customers will be refunded
1. Customer’s with malafide intention spreading negativity on social media: The customer who writes on the social media before contacting Queensveda’s support on 8824479722 over WhatsApp or call will not be eligible for the refund.
Why such condition: We have provided good support for our valued customers. Our WhatsApp Chat support works from 8 AM to 12:00 AM and call support is active from 10:00 AM to 10 PM. We respond to each and every chat and calls. If a customer spreads negativity through social media without even contacting our customer support team, then it clearly shows the malafide intention of the customer to defame the company. Customer is free to write on the social media but only when he first contacts the Queensveda’s support and if his / her request and problem is not addressed within a week of raising the request. We don’t want to stop our customer’s voice but only when his or her intention is to get help and not to defame us by presenting only one side of the story. If customers write on the social media about his/her dissatisfaction with the product, he or she must also write about the refunds he receives when he contacts us and inform about the same.
2. Customer’s with repeat purchase for the same product: If a customer had placed the repeat order for the same product then he will not be eligible for the refund under any case.
Why such condition: If a customer is placing the repeat purchase that means he is happy and satisfied with the working of the product. In that case, customer will not be eligible for the refund. Why would a customer place the repeat order if he is not happy and satisfied with the product working and quality?
Refund Duration: Refund will be processed within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the refund request.
Refund Amount: Entire amount will be refunded except deducting below part:
1. GST paid to the govt: 12% to 18% depending upon the products.
2. Courier Charges paid to the courier companies: It varies but may be somewhere between 95/- to 140/- depending upon the place and the courier company.
3. Platform Fee: Platform fee paid to shiprocket, Payment Gateway, Interakt for WhatsApp messages, Checkout service etc. It may vary from 5% to 15% of the total amount.
Mode of Refund:
For payment received on Cash on Delivery: Refund will be paid to Google Pay account through UPI. If a customer doesn’t have Google Pay no, he or she can share UPI QR code and the payment will be made through it.
For payment received through the payment Gateways like Razorpay, phonepe and others: We will try to refund the customer through payment gateway route only. In some exceptional cases when the payment gateway will not be able to refund it immediately, we may refund through the GooglePay as done in the case of cash on delivery payment.
Refund Process
1. Customer contacts the Queensveda’s support team on +91-8824479722 and inform about his or her dissatisfaction with the product used.
2. Queensveda Health Experts will cross check and verify if the customer had placed the order through our website, customer care team then call back and discuss the same with the customer and tries to understand the problem and guide him. If customer support team finds the case is genuine, he will raise the request for refund of the payment.
3. Customer will share the QR code or Google Pay no with the customer care over our WhatsApp No: +91-8824479722
4. Amount will be refunded to the customer within 2 weeks of receipt of the QR code or Google Pay no.
